Tasting note
Golden yellow color, notes of vanilla, white flowers and yellow fruit on the nose. Stylish and expressive Roussanne. Silky and tight on the palate, combines structure with delicate notes of candied fruit. A great white wine.

Vinification
Selective handpicking early in the morning, in two to four passes, depending on the vintage. Aging in 350 liter barrels, bottled after 22 months without filtration. Production of approx. 2,000 bottles.
