About the wine
The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Les Aurelles has absolutely mastered his craft. Elegance and refinement are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the sunny Languedoc-Roussillon countryside. Vinification
Selective handpicking early in the morning, in two to four passes, depending on the vintage. Ageing in stainless steel tanks, bottling after 49 months without filtration. Production between 3,500 and 6,500 bottles.
