Tasting note
Ruby red. On the nose, a first-class fruit bouquet with fine mineral aromas. Fruity, straight and crunchy young red wine with very dense aromas. The vines of this wine grew on stone-rich clay and, after a short maceration, fermented at 17°C under temperature control. Au Soleil de Martial is vinified and bottled without sulfur. On the label, Florence Guy's grandfather smiles at you, sunshine!
