Tasting note
The Atto Finale really lives up to its name. With a volume of 17%, it is a real stunner. On the nose, aromas of cassis, blackberries, leather and spices. The taste is extremely powerful and intense fruity notes of blackberry and rose hip, paired with an incredible finish.

Goes well with game dishes, pasta with rich ragout, grilled meat, cheese
Vinification
The grapes for the Atto Finale are left on the vine for a very long time and harvested between early October and mid-November. Due to its long maceration of 45 days and maturation for 15 months in tonneau at 50% first and second occupancy, the result is a deep and complex drop.
