Tasting note
Authentic, artisanal, Atlantic. ATTIS Mar dives Albariño into the depths of Rias Baixas to maximize its expressiveness and Atlantic nuances. Intense straw yellow. Very fresh acidity, juicy and meaty. Full-bodied, salty, accompanied by a persistent aftertaste. Ageing under the sea contributes to fresh aging, avoids oxidation and produces a unique wine with long aging potential.

Vinification
Vines over 50 years old. Granite floors with sand-clay character. Spontaneous fermentation. 6 months in stainless steel tanks and wooden tub. Then aged in the bottle for 6 months under the sea at a depth of 12 meters.
