Tasting note
Intense yellow color. Complex nose with great intensity and depth, harmonious and elegant. Aromas of ripe apricots and peaches, white flowers and mineral tones. On the palate, Attis Lias Finas is powerful and round, with perfectly integrated acidity. Elegant, harmonious and complex. Long aging potential.

Our recommendation: Drink this organic white wine at a slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The wine should be enjoyed during this period: Now until 2025.
Vinification
Vines over 50 years old. Granite floors with sand-clay character. Handpick. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks. Ageing for 6 months on yeasts in steel tanks and wooden tubs.
