Tasting note
Limited production of only around 2,700 bottles. Vines over 60 years old. Attis Embaixador is a very complex and elegant wine. Great acidity, rich and long-lasting Great aging potential.
Culinary recommendation
This wine is ideal as an accompaniment to white meat, wild fowl and can also be enjoyed solo.
Vinification
Granite floors with sand-clay character. Handpick. Aging for 24 months on fine yeasts in granite barrels.
