Tasting note
Bright straw yellow, very fine and persistent perlage, fruity aromas with a balanced yeast note. On the palate, it is fresh, dry and very persistent, with a nice aftertaste of dried fruit.
Culinary recommendation
A delicious aperitif that also goes well with starters.
Vinification
Separate vinification of the three varieties with gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a temperature of 14-16°C. Bottle fermentation for approx. 24 months.
