About the wine
Toni Sarrión is considered the undisputed champion of the Bobal grape variety. In his own appellation DOP El Terrerazo, west of Valencia, he has been producing elegant and profound Bobal wines since the late 90s. The grapes come from unwatered vines grown 100% in Gobelet and are harvested exclusively by hand. The wines are certified organic and vegan.
