Tasting note
This Moscato presents clean and grape aromas alongside a balanced mousse. The palate is intense and creamy. This Schwabwein also shows notes of honey. It is not only its low alcohol levels that make it the ideal summer drink.

A very slow fermentation process takes place in steel containers at a controlled temperature to obtain the very fine perlage.
