About the wine
The winemaker from the Greek winery Estate Argyros greets us with this wine, which he grows in the countryside. With the delicious Assyrtiko Santorini PDO, which was produced in 2019, you will certainly have a lot of fun.

Tasting note
Elegant bouquet with intense aromas of citrus, green apple and white peach, accompanied by mineral notes reminiscent of volcanic stone. On the palate, the wine is powerful, with lively acidity, impressive structure and a salty, long finish.

Goes well with seafood, grilled fish, lemon chicken or fresh Mediterranean salads.
Vinification
The grapes come from 50 to 100-year-old vines that grow on volcanic soils. After manual harvesting, gentle fermentation takes place in stainless steel.
