This natural wine from the island of Patmos has a beautiful golden yellow hue and develops an intense nose with its richness and complexity. This great Assyriko will impress you to the fullest with all the richness of its terroir.

Tasting note
The elegant notes of candied apricots and roasted hazelnuts are complemented by sage and the scent of fresh figs. On the palate, it is full-bodied, concentrated and subtly mineral-salty. We notice lemons, pineapples, apricots and walnuts. In the long aftertaste, we still discover the sweet notes of eucalyptus.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with Tsatziki, Mess, Spanakopita and Domadakia Also wonderful as an aperitif wine.
