Strong salmon color The bouquet is light, uncomplicated and pleases with its fruity-fresh nature and the fruit reminiscent of wild strawberries. The body is full, shows nice, balanced acidity. By consistently absorbing the aromas of the bouquet

Vinification
Manual harvesting, selection on the estate, pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (12º-14ºC).
