About the wine
Cave Emery is a family business with a long tradition. The vineyards are located in the best wine regions in Central Valais. They are particularly gentle with nature and deliberately use integrated production. The use of non-natural means is kept to the strict minimum.

Tasting note
A fruity, fresh, balanced and hint of sweet white wine. Yellow with slight green reflections. Subtle bouquet Pome fruit (pear, quince) dominates slightly ahead of some citrus fruit (grapefruit) and exotic fruits. There are also slightly vegetable-floral notes (linden blossom, rose, violet, hay/straw). A slightly sweet drink on the palate. The structure is soft, of medium fullness and harmonious. In the slightly dominant back smell, the fruit notes mentioned again. Short finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with grilled or fried fish.
