Tasting note
Copper-colored wine with aromas of roses and red berries. On the palate, with a surprising structure, even slight tannin notes and a refreshing saltiness.
Culinary recommendation
Delicious with (raw) seafood and fish starters. Also as an aperitif and as an all-rounder with vegetables/cheese/fish and grilled meat.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes go into the press and remain on the skins for about 7 hours. This is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation.
