About the wine
The Latin name of “Asio Otus” means long-eared owl - i.e. a night bird that is considered a symbol of wisdom, knowledge and mystery. Founded in 1991, the company Mondo del Vino is now one of Italy's leading wine exporters.

Tasting note
Bright red. Fruity and spicy. Full-bodied and sweet on the palate.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with Italian cuisine, but also suitable for any party, summer barbecues or cozy evening with friends.
Vinification
The grapes for the red wine Asio Otus come from many carefully selected winemakers. The grapes are processed in a highly ripe state. It is therefore all the more important that the grapes are perfectly healthy. The seductive blend of Cabernet, Merlot and Shiraz grape varieties is very full-bodied and powerfully fruity.
