Tasting note
Bright ruby red Spicy on the nose, with fine aromas of red fruits and saline minerals. Clean, fresh, fruity, and mineral on the palate. Reminds a bit of the wines from the Loire. A refreshing floral finale. A true addition to the Spanish wine world!

Goes well with beef, roast, poultry.
Vinification
Vinified in steel and small wooden tanks, then aged for 15 months in Foudres.
