Tasting note
Intense ruby red with a touch of garnet. Intense aroma on the nose of black plums, violets, myrtle (a typical plant from Sardinia), tobacco and spices. Long on the palate with notes of blackberry fruit and vanilla, accompanied by dense and refined tannins, velvety and smooth. Mineral on the finish, with mocha opportunities.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled meat with sauce, game specialities, spicy dishes and chocolate fondant.
