About the wine
The roots of Cantina il Cavaliere (The Knight) go back to 1895. Today, the company is run by Roberto and his wife Tiziana Belossi. A modern winery and the necessary expertise from the team of oenologists create wines of exceptional quality. The vines cover almost twelve hectares. More than 95,000 bottles are filled annually.

Tasting note
Ruby to dark red. Blueberry and blackberry aromas. Light plum note. Fruity, full-bodied and very balanced on the palate. Soft and rounded tannins
Culinary recommendation
It goes particularly well with Ticino cuisine, but also with vegetarian dishes. Excellent with game. Also perfect with barbecues and cheese.
