Tasting note
Intensive Nase mit Aromen von Feuerstein, Orangenblüten, grünem Apfel, Nektarinen und Zitronenzeste. Am Gaumen offenbart der Wein eine tolle Balance mit einer samtigen Textur und erfrischenden Säure. Der Abgang ist lang und mit salzigen Anklängen.

Our recommendation: Enjoy this white wine at a slightly chilled temperature of 10°-12°C.
Vinification
Information about vinification: The wine is fermented spontaneously with ambient yeast and matures in a 3000 liter and two 500 liter oak barrels for 11 months. Borja works in the cellar with as few procedures as possible and does not use pure yeast, enzymes or other additives. Only before bottling is a small dose of sulfur used to stabilize the wine.
