Tasting note
On the nose, the wine beguiles with delicate and fine fruit notes with a hint of mint and licorice. On the palate, it has a nice spiciness and refreshing acidity. San Lázaro impresses with its perfect balance of fruit, freshness, wood and terroir.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled beef, rack of lamb, game dishes or aged Manchego.
Vinification
Careful handpicking, spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts, aging for approx. 12-14 months in French oak barrels.
