Tasting note
Deep cherry red with purple reflections. Rich bouquet, spicy, mineral, balsamic with ripe red fruits. Fine and rich in finesse on the palate. Elderberry, blackberry and blackberry aromas. Medium-long, soft finish with well-integrated tannins and floral notes.

Vinification
The vines are 28 years old on average. The reading is carried out partly by hand, partly by machine. After temperature-controlled separate maceration, this wine ages for 9 months in 300-l French oak barrels.
