Tasting note
On the nose, this Ribera del Duero has aromas of plums and ripe berries, dried herbs and subtle hints of roasted aromas. The medium-heavy palate is fresh and accessible, with soft, velvety tannins.
Vinification
After manual harvesting and careful selection, the grapes are destemmed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with natural yeasts. The wine is then aged for twelve months in used French oak barrels.
