Arrocal Blanco de Guarda is a fresh, lively white crafted from the Albillo Mayor grape, perfect for easygoing moments with friends. Its juicy, approachable style makes it a great pick for casual get-togethers or simple meals where good wine just fits.

Tasting note
Straw yellow with aromas of apple, ripe pear, peach and herbs, with a strong minerality. The twelve-month aging in wooden barrels results in a full-bodied body, which is supported by juicy acidity on the palate. The persistent and fruity aftertaste is characterized by fine roasted aromas.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled fish, scallops, poultry in cream sauce, crustaceans, risotto with truffles or mushrooms or aged cheese. Also ideal with Spanish gourmet cuisine or as an elegant accompaniment to the menu.
Vinification
After manual harvesting, the grapes are coolly fermented and then aged in wooden barrels for twelve months. Only 1,200 bottles are filled.
