Tasting note
Eye: Concentrated ruby red violet. Nose: Intense, aromas of balsamic black fruits and some tobacco. Mouth: Full start, full of aromas, with round tannins and good persistence.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried red meat or lightly caramelized game with a red fruit contract. It also goes well with strong distillates such as Roquefort or Azeitao cheese.
