Tasting note
The Arneis San Michele has a straw yellow color and impresses with aromas of exotic fruits, apples and a vanilla note caused by the wood finish. The timber construction also gives Arneis a wider range of aromas and more depth in an unobtrusive way.

Vinification
San Michele is the flagship white wine brand at Deltetto. Half of the alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel tanks and the other half in oak barrels. The subsequent expansion takes place in the same way.
