Tasting note
Arneis has a subtle straw yellow color and smells of exotic fruits, apples and mulberries. Wonderfully fruity on the palate with a fresh, acidic taste. It goes well like hardly any other wine as an aperitif and as an introduction to the opulent and tasty cuisine of Piedmont.

Vinification
The arneis from the Daivej vineyard are fermented under temperature-controlled conditions and then aged in stainless steel tanks.
