This provocative white wine 2017 — Arneis delle Langhe crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Sunny and blooming landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Rocche Costamagna conjures up this white wine with refinement and experience. Culinary recommendation
Our recommendation: The white wine tastes best at a slightly chilled 8°-10°C. The following period is the ideal enjoyment phase for this wine: 1-3 years after the harvest. Flaschenpost team is recommended for tapas dishes and fried chicken.
Vinification
Information on vinification: The grapes are gently pressed, followed by fermentation in steel tanks at approx. 16 °C for around two weeks. Before bottling, the wine rests on the fine yeast in stainless steel tanks for at least four months and then in the bottle for a further two months.
