Tasting note
Beautifully floral with typical spicy notes reminiscent of incense and fir resin. Easy and pleasant to drink thanks to mild acidity, a trace of carbonic acid and the beautiful, herbal spice and slight tartness.
Culinary recommendation
This wine goes well with seafood starters, grilled fish, creamy risottos (e.g. with asparagus or mushrooms) and light pasta dishes. It is also an excellent choice with poultry, fresh goat cheese or Vitello Tonnato.
Vinification
Cold maceration of the mash before fermentation in steel tanks.
