Tasting note
Dark golden yellow. The bouquet impresses with aromas of very ripe, yellow fruits with honey, caramel and vanilla, which the wine has obtained through barrique aging. Length, juice, soft velvety notes, but also strength and fullness give this white wine its full-bodied. The skilful interplay of Chardonnay with discreet aging in barriques results in a long presence and an intensive finish.

Fried or sautéed fish, seafood, poultry, but also fine appetizers and aged cheese.
