Tasting note
Shiny golden yellow, varied bouquet with fine tones of tropical fruits such as ripe melon and lychies. Hints of mandarin peel, floral notes and fine roasted aromas. On the palate, it is full and elegant, with fine minerality, pleasant fullness and a nice length and texture.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with crustaceans and grilled fish, raw ham with melon and seafood and vegetable risotto. Even with mild hard and soft cheeses.
Vinification
The three varieties are fermented separately - with autochthonous yeasts. First in steel tanks, then in 500-liter French oak barrels. Ageing and storage on fine lees in oak barrels for 22 months.
