Tasting note
Intense ruby red color with aromas of blackberries and cassis, plus light roasted aromas. An elegant blend with a long finish.
Culinary recommendation
It goes great with beef and also with grilled meat.
Vinification
A blend of 50% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Cabernet Franc. The wine was vinified in steel tanks and then aged in oak barrels for 12-16 months.
