Tasting note
Lively and intense ruby red with distinct garnet reflections. Elegant robustness, grandeur, fine, intense, fruity and spicy. Hints of blackcurrants, cherries, balsamic wood, leather and licorice, which end in a smoky scent. In the mouth, it impresses with its round taste of remarkable density, and the integrated tannins give it a decisive character without sacrificing softness or balance. Tasty and long aftertaste.

Vinification
The Pignolo and Schioppettino grape varieties are dried for a higher concentration of extracts. The grapes, separated by grape variety, are fermented in French oak barrels with a capacity of 5 hl and then aged for around four years.
