Tasting note
Lobster is the symbol of Alghero's gastronomy and is ideally paired with this white wine from the Vermentino di Sardegna grape variety. Straw yellow with faint greenish reflections. The bouquet is winey, balanced but well expressed with a fresh scent reminiscent of ripe apples. On the palate, Vermentino is dry, fresh and slightly lively, very harmonious and long-lasting, with an appropriate almond background.
