The Albert Mathier & Fils winery is a family business that has been committed to quality and tradition for 70 years. The Salgescher Arena offers ideal conditions for white and red specialities. Arvine is a vine that demands everything from winemakers, climate and soil. It sprouts early on, which is why it is sensitive to late frosts.

Tasting note
Bright yellow with greenish reflections. Very aromatic bouquet from grapefruit and citrus to floral accents (lilac, wisteria). Very good acid structure on the palate with a slightly salty taste.
Culinary recommendation
So it is not drunk with fondue, but with fish, seafood or milk or simply as an aperitif.
