About the wine
Apartado is an innovative assemblage, which is only produced in very good years and in limited quantities. The best barrels are selected in the cellar for this purpose. The wine is very complex with blackberry, plum and cherry aromas, with cocoa, tobacco and cedarwood notes. Excellent depth, nice balance and silky tannins. It's a dream!

Tasting note
Apartado Gran Malbec is an innovative blend of the best Malbec grapes from the top locations of Altamira, La Consulta and Tupungato. Ruby red with a slight purple edge. The bouquet is complex, elegant with a floral-fruity scent. The palate is long and complex with a soft concentration. Fruity with a fine note of licorice and roasted cocoa and coffee beans from barrel aging.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with charcoal grilled beef and lamb, as well as game dishes and mature cheese. Or simply on a nice evening to philosophize.
Vinification
The wine undergoes biological acid degradation and is aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months.
