About the wine
After his success with Tenuta Sette Ponti, Antonio Moretti decided to start a new project in Bolgheri. Beautifully located, he acquired a podere (estate) in Castagneto Carducci with vineyards that are right next to those of the Tenuta dell Ornellaia.

Tasting note
Intense ruby red with purple reflections, concentration of red fruits interacting with notes of yellow pepper and in a nice balance with spicy elements. In the mouth, a wine of great concentration, soft, velvety and perfectly balanced with the tannic texture.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with beef or venison.
Vinification
Fermentation at controlled temperature, maceration for 1 month, aging for 18 months in small wooden barrels.
