Tasting note
Complex aromas of ripe apricots, honeydew melons and vanilla. On the palate, a creamy start, lots of melting and mouth-filling, ends in a juicy, long-lasting finale.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with fried fish, white meats, aged cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully harvested by hand, followed by a short maceration period and spontaneous fermentation in barriques. The barrel aging on fine lees takes 8 months.
