Tasting note
Rich, strong yellow. Fresh aromas, white flowers, fruit, expressive. Full-bodied fruity with nice acidity. Celebrated as one of the four best, natural organic wines by Guia Vinum. The grape variety Incrocio was crossed by Italian Professor Manzoni between Riesling and Pinot Blanc. Unfortunately, it is hardly cultivated anymore. The grapes come from the El Mingo vineyard and are aged on their own fine yeast for 8 months 2785 bottles
