About the wine
Schola Sarmenti, home to beautiful nineteenth-century walls, stands vineyards with autochthonous grape varieties with vines up to 80 years old, which are skillfully and patiently tended. When harvesting, only the best grapes are selected, which were allowed to grow in an environment of respect and love for nature.

Tasting note
Bouquet of red fruits, chocolate. Very elegant and powerful on the palate. It goes well with red meat, mushroom dishes and pepper steak.
