Bertrand Sourdais and David Hernando believe in three things: The potential of the “forgotten” Soria region in the Ribera del Duero, its ancient tinto-fino vines, and organic farming. They see themselves as an antidote — Antídoto in Spanish — to fast-growing, industrial bodegas.

Tasting note
Bright cherry red. On the nose, aromas of red berries, cherries and fine herbal notes, accompanied by a touch of minerality. Juicy, fresh and elegant on the palate with silky tannins and a long, fruity finish.
Culinary recommendation
Ideal with tapas, grilled meats, lamb chops, Mediterranean vegetable dishes or semi-hard cheese.
Vinification
Aging in French oak barrels.
