About the wine
A classically inspired, full-bodied yet elegant wine, characterized by ancient, rooted Tempranillo vines at the altitudes of Soria at almost 1,000 meters. After around 30 days of maceration, it matures in French oak barrels and is expressive, smooth and full of character — an unmistakable wine with the signature of the cool Soria climate.

Tasting note
Powerful, profound Ribera del Duero with intense aromas of blackberries, plums and black cherries, accompanied by fine spicy notes, graphite and delicate vanilla. Full-bodied, structured yet elegant on the palate, with ripe tannins and a long, complex finish.
Culinary recommendation
Great with roast lamb, beef tenderloin, braised game and ripe Manchego cheese.
