Tasting note
New to the range! This wine was named after daughter Anna Tiefenbrunner. It shines green-yellow and has an intensely floral bouquet with many fruity scents reminiscent of ripe apples. His body is strong and well-proportioned, the aftertaste long-lasting. The taste is pleasantly dry, fine and velvety with lively freshness.
Vinification
50% of the 14-day fermentation and the aging of ten months take place under regular batonnage in large wooden barrels and 25% each on the fine yeast in a concrete container or with biological acid degradation on the first yeast in tonneau barrels. After maturing the assemblage in a concrete container for a further two months, it is bottled and aged for five months.
