Tasting note
Complex nose with aromas of flint, minerals, dried citrus peel and sweet aromas of honey and bergamot. Plenty of minerality and hints of tobacco and nuts. Exuberant palate with crisp acidity and immense aftertaste.

Vinification
The maturation takes place for 12 months in traditional Afoura barrels.
