Tasting note
Bright golden yellow, nice notes of honey, saffron, dried apricots and orange marmalade on the nose. On the palate, it is sweet, smooth, well supported by a certain freshness and a nice spicy note. It is very long and ends with sweet and seductive notes of ripe fruit.
Vinification
The Nasco and Malvasia grapes dried on the vine are harvested late in autumn and fermented in steel tanks until fermentation stops naturally. This is followed by 4 months of aging in steel tanks and 12 months in barriques.
