Tasting note
Chalky - Visually and in terms of taste, a tribute to the chalk terroir of Champagne! 100% Chardonnay from the 2013 vintage (although not declared so) from the Montagne de Reims and the Côte de Blancs. With only 6g of residual sweetness, this Blanc de Blancs champagne is elegant, full-bodied, yet firm and with an almost maritime-like salinity, accompanied by an exotic citrus basket and fresh apple notes. A Clouet champagne with its typical charm and creamy melt, accompanied by a lot of minerality and aromatic length.
