Tasting note
Strong, dark ruby red — beguiling nose with notes of ripe strawberries, vanilla and sweet citrus blossoms. The palate is uncompromisingly dense and harmonious, and the tannins are now perfectly integrated after five years of bottle storage. The range of aromas ranges from ripe plums and various berries to spicy notes of herbs and slightly smoky oak notes. The aftertaste is very long and fades away on charming cherry notes, which are supported by the handy tannin. Drinking 2022 to 2035.

Der Wein sollte in diesem Zeitraum genossen werden: Jetzt bis 2035. Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Amphitheatre harmoniert hervorragend mit Gruyère Burger, Ribeye Steak und Pizza mit Pilzen.
