Tasting note
The Amour Rosé glows in lush pink with copper reflections. The nose develops delicate aromas of lightly stewed red fruits, accompanied by subtle vanilla notes. It shows a noble and creamy perlage. Also seductive in the mouth, it offers a wealth of raspberry and currant aromas (blackcurrant, cassis). The finish is velvety, elegant and complete. As with the white Amour de Deutz, a small gift from artist Pascal Morabito was hidden in the lid of the bottle.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, crustaceans, marine fish, beef and game.
Vinification
Blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
