Tasting note
Iridescent bright red color with amber reflections. Sparkling fresh on the nose. Light and tasty on the palate with a fine taste of currants and a few raspberries.

Vinification
The grapes for the Amabilis grow in the episcopal vineyards in Chur. Red and white grapes from the same vineyard are pressed together and are pressed after a maceration period of around 18 to 24 hours. This gives the Schiller its rose-like color. Fermentation and ageing takes place exclusively in stainless steel tanks
