The winemaker from the Italian winery Zenato is absolutely proficient in his craft. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this red wine, which originates in the beautiful and fertile countryside of Veneto. Tasting note
Color: Strong, sparkling red with a light brown reflection and a fine water edge. Aroma: Aroma of cooked sour cream, wild berries, cedarwood and a subtle caramel note. Character: Voluminous at the start with lovely fullness, finely grained tannins with great potential, which are already integrated and support the structure. Full-bodied with a long, rich aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with game dishes, beef stroganoff, fresh cheese.
Vinification
Slow fermentation, completion for 30 months in Slovenian barriques - one-year bottle aging.
